Enjoying the Holidays
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
My wife Susan and I hope you are enjoying time with friends and family as you reflect on the abundant blessings we enjoy as Americans. We have a lot of problems in our country, but it’s still the best place to be in the whole world. Thank God for that.
This holiday season, please remember the young men and women deployed far away in dangerous places who are protecting our freedoms. Yesterday on Christmas, three Americans were wounded in an attack in northern Iraq. The bad guys never take a holiday.
