We Are Positioned to Win
Dear Friends and Neighbors:
Tomorrow, Tuesday May 17th, is Primary Election Day. The outcome of the contest for Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District has yet to be decided. Please be assured, we are positioned to win.
This has been a true team effort. I am humbled by the quantity and quality of work by dozens of volunteers. We’ve gotten out our message. Now we need to finish strong and earn the victory.
We’ve run a campaign about the issues, focusing on the conservative policies and priorities I will carry to Congress: Strong Families, Good Jobs, and Safe Communities. I’ve answered tough questions from voters across the political spectrum and remained accessible and engaged throughout the campaign.
We’ve emphasized grassroots authenticity. People don’t want canned answers from professional politicians. I’m a strong conservative and a good team player, but I’m also fiercely independent. I don’t owe anybody anything in return for donations or endorsements.
Finally, we’ve had fun. My volunteers tell me every day how much they enjoy meeting new people and traveling to different parts of the greater Lehigh Valley. I agree. We have lots of challenges in this country, but I’m genuinely optimistic about our future. America’s best days are ahead.
I’m looking forward to a new phase in this campaign when we can take my conservative, authentic, and optimistic message to all the people of the greater Lehigh Valley. There are plenty of Independent and Democratic voters in Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, and Northampton counties who love their country and want an alternative to the progressive left. I will approach them with respect and humility to earn their votes.
Until then, I would be honored if you would please cast your Republican ballot for me in the race for Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District. Polls are open throughout the area from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you’re not sure where to vote, you can find your polling place here: vote.pa.gov/pollingplace.
It’s been amazing to run this race. Now it’s time to win. Thank you for helping me Keep America Free!
